1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Vector Wave Tech for your access to and use of PostDovo, including our website, applications, software, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using PostDovo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, you must not use PostDovo.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

If you use PostDovo on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your PostDovo account.

3. Service Description

PostDovo provides AI-assisted tools for content planning, content generation, image generation, content review, scheduling, and publishing to supported social-media platforms.

PostDovo allows users to connect supported third-party social-media accounts and authorize PostDovo to publish content on their behalf based on their instructions.

Available features and supported platforms may change over time because third-party platforms may modify their APIs, policies, technical requirements, or availability.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Services

PostDovo integrates with third-party platforms and services. Your use of a connected third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, privacy policies, community guidelines, and applicable rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PostDovo and the content you publish through PostDovo comply with the requirements of each selected platform.

PostDovo is not responsible for changes, restrictions, interruptions, errors, or service limitations caused by third-party platforms.

5. YouTube Terms of Service

PostDovo uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube-related features.

By using PostDovo features that interact with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .

6. Social-Account Authorization and Publishing Instructions

PostDovo allows you to connect supported third-party social-media accounts through each platform's official authorization process. When you connect an account, you authorize PostDovo to access and use only the permissions that you approve and that are necessary to provide the features you request.

Depending on the connected platform and the permissions you grant, PostDovo may be able to access basic account information, retrieve account or page details, upload media, publish content, schedule posts, and display publishing results or errors.

PostDovo uses connected-account permissions only to provide features that you initiate or authorize. PostDovo does not publish content to your social-media accounts unless you choose to publish it immediately, approve it for publishing, or schedule it for publication.

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming the selected social-media accounts, captions, images, videos, links, metadata, visibility settings, publishing dates, and other content details before publishing or scheduling a post.

PostDovo does not ask for or store the passwords of your connected social-media accounts. You should connect accounts only through the official authorization screen provided by the relevant third-party platform.

You may disconnect a social-media account from PostDovo at any time through your account settings. You may also revoke PostDovo's access directly through the security, privacy, or connected-app settings provided by the relevant third-party platform.

After an account is disconnected or access is revoked, PostDovo will no longer be able to perform future actions through that account. Previously scheduled posts associated with the disconnected account may not be published unless the account is reconnected and the required permissions are restored.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, media, prompts, URLs, and other materials that you upload, submit, or authorize PostDovo to process ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, format, transmit, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the PostDovo service and to perform the actions you request.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, process, and publish Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, applicable laws, or third-party platform policies.

8. AI-Generated Content

PostDovo may generate draft text, images, recommendations, hashtags, scheduling suggestions, and other content using automated or artificial-intelligence tools.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

PostDovo does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique, lawful, or appropriate for your intended purpose.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use PostDovo to:

• engage in unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct;
• upload or publish content that infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
• distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or unauthorized bulk messages;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead others;
• manipulate engagement metrics or attempt to create artificial views, likes, comments, followers, or other interactions;
• bypass platform limitations, security controls, API quotas, or access restrictions;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, probe, or misuse PostDovo or connected third-party services; or
• use PostDovo in a manner that causes us or another user to violate third-party platform terms or policies.

10. Fees, Subscriptions, Trials, and Credits

Paid plans, billing intervals, included credits, trial conditions, and applicable prices are shown during checkout or on the relevant pricing page.

Where recurring billing applies, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the next billing date. You authorize our payment provider to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and approved purchases using your selected payment method.

Some PostDovo features may consume credits. Applicable credit costs, expiration rules, rollover rules, and top-up conditions may depend on your selected plan and will be shown within the service or pricing information.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated during checkout, paid fees are non-refundable.

11. Privacy and Security

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and deletion of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy .

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Revoking Access and Requesting Data Deletion

You may disconnect supported social-media accounts from PostDovo through your account settings. You may also revoke access through the security, privacy, or connected-app settings provided by the relevant third-party platform.

You may request deletion of your PostDovo account and associated personal data by contacting info@postdovo.com or using our contact page .

After access is revoked or an account is disconnected, PostDovo will no longer be able to perform future actions through that account. We will delete stored access tokens and applicable user data when they are no longer necessary to provide the service, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

PostDovo, including its software, interface, branding, design elements, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Vector Wave Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of PostDovo software or brand assets.

14. Third-Party Service Availability

PostDovo depends on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, AI providers, and payment services. We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, performance, or compatibility.

A third-party platform may restrict, suspend, modify, or discontinue an integration at any time. PostDovo is not responsible for service interruptions or publishing failures caused by third-party systems.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PostDovo at any time. You may cancel an active subscription according to the cancellation options available within your account or by contacting us.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to PostDovo if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created a legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, misused a connected platform, or used the service in a manner that could harm PostDovo, our users, or third parties.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostDovo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful publication to every third-party platform, a particular level of engagement, or any specific business outcome.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Wave Tech and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of PostDovo.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to PostDovo will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vector Wave Tech and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PostDovo, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Your continued use of PostDovo after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law
