PostDovo is operated by Vector Wave Tech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vector Wave Tech collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use PostDovo, including our website, applications, software, and related services.
By using PostDovo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use PostDovo.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create or manage a PostDovo account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account preferences, subscription details, and support communications.
2.2 Billing Information
When you purchase a subscription or additional credits, payment information is processed through our payment provider. We may receive transaction details such as your selected plan, payment status, billing country, transaction identifiers, and invoice information.
Payment-card details are processed securely by our payment provider. PostDovo does not store your complete payment-card number.
2.3 Connected Social-Media Account Information
When you connect a supported social-media account, PostDovo may receive authentication tokens, account identifiers, page or profile identifiers, channel identifiers, account names, and other information made available by the relevant platform based on the permissions you approve.
PostDovo does not ask for or store the passwords of your connected social-media accounts. Connections should be completed only through the official authorization process provided by the relevant third-party platform.
2.4 Content and Publishing Information
We may collect and process content that you upload, create, import, or authorize us to process. This may include captions, prompts, website URLs, images, videos, logos, hashtags, publishing dates, selected social-media accounts, scheduling instructions, and publishing-status information.
2.5 Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, session activity, feature usage, error logs, and cookie-related information.
3. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- create, maintain, and secure your PostDovo account;
- provide content planning, content generation, image generation, review, scheduling, and publishing features;
- connect supported social-media accounts and perform actions that you initiate, approve, or schedule;
- display publishing results, errors, and connected-account status;
- process subscriptions, credit purchases, invoices, and payment status updates;
- provide customer support and respond to your questions or requests;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security threats;
- monitor performance, fix errors, and improve the reliability and usability of PostDovo;
- send service-related notices, account alerts, billing messages, support replies, and important policy updates; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
4. AI and Content Processing
PostDovo provides AI-assisted features. When you submit prompts, website URLs, images, logos, videos, or other content assets, we may process that information to generate draft social-media content, images, recommendations, hashtags, scheduling suggestions, and other requested outputs.
We may use service providers to help deliver AI-assisted features. Where applicable, information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you request, maintain security, and operate the service.
Google and YouTube API data is subject to the additional restrictions described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
5. Connected Social-Media Accounts and Permissions
PostDovo allows you to connect supported third-party social-media accounts using each platform's official authorization process. When you connect an account, you approve specific permissions that allow PostDovo to provide the features you request.
Depending on the connected platform and permissions you approve, PostDovo may use connected-account information to retrieve relevant account details, upload media, publish content, schedule posts, and display publishing results or errors.
PostDovo uses connected-account permissions only to provide user-facing features that you initiate, approve, or schedule. We do not publish content to a connected social-media account unless you choose to publish it immediately, approve it for publication, or schedule it for publication.
You may disconnect a social-media account through your PostDovo account settings. You may also revoke access directly through the privacy, security, or connected-app settings provided by the relevant third-party platform.
After an account is disconnected or access is revoked, PostDovo will no longer be able to perform future actions through that account. Previously scheduled posts associated with the disconnected account may not be published unless the account is reconnected and the necessary permissions are restored.
6. YouTube API Services
PostDovo uses YouTube API Services to provide supported YouTube-related features, which may include connecting your YouTube account and publishing content based on your instructions.
By using PostDovo features that interact with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .
Your use of YouTube-related features may also be subject to Google's Privacy Policy .
Google and YouTube Data We Access
Depending on the permissions you approve and the features you use, PostDovo may access, collect, and store YouTube-related information such as OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, connected-channel identifiers, channel or account information made available through the YouTube API Services, content and metadata that you submit for publication, publishing instructions, publishing-status information, and API responses or errors.
We use YouTube-related information only to authenticate your connection, provide the YouTube features you request, carry out publishing instructions that you initiate or approve, and display publishing results or errors.
PostDovo does not ask for or store your Google or YouTube password.
Limited Use and Restricted Uses
PostDovo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
PostDovo does not sell, rent, or transfer Google or YouTube API data to third parties except where reasonably necessary to provide a user-facing feature that you request or approve, protect the security of the service, comply with applicable law, or complete a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining any consent required by applicable Google policies.
Any service provider that processes Google or YouTube API data on our behalf is permitted to use it only as necessary to provide the relevant service and must protect it appropriately. We do not allow service providers to use Google or YouTube API data for their own advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
PostDovo does not use Google or YouTube API data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeted advertising, interest-based advertising, creditworthiness assessments, lending purposes, the creation of unrelated databases, or the training, fine-tuning, or improvement of generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Protection of Google and YouTube API Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google and YouTube API data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Google and YouTube API data, authentication tokens, and sensitive information are protected using encryption in transit, appropriate security measures for stored data, and access restrictions designed to limit access to authorized personnel and services that require the information to provide requested features.
Retention and Refresh of YouTube API Data
Where applicable, stored YouTube API data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the features you request. Unless a longer retention period is expressly permitted under applicable YouTube API Services policies, stored YouTube API data is deleted or refreshed within 30 calendar days.
We periodically reconfirm whether authorization tokens remain valid. If an authorization token can no longer be refreshed, we delete applicable stored YouTube API data associated with that authorization as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days.
Revoking Access to Your Google Account
You may disconnect your Google or YouTube account through your PostDovo account settings. When you revoke authorization through PostDovo, we will programmatically revoke the relevant token and delete applicable stored YouTube API user data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
You may also revoke PostDovo's access directly through your Google account security settings . When access is revoked through Google's security settings, we will delete applicable stored YouTube API user data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days.
Requesting Deletion of Google or YouTube Data
You may request deletion of stored Google or YouTube account data by contacting info@postdovo.com or using our contact form.
Following a valid deletion request, we will delete applicable stored YouTube API user data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
If you delete your PostDovo account or otherwise tell us to stop accessing Google or YouTube API data associated with your account, we will delete applicable stored YouTube API user data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, analytics, performance monitoring, and product improvement.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of some PostDovo features.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
- Connected social-media platforms: to perform publishing and account-related actions that you initiate, approve, or schedule;
- Service providers: to support hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, AI-assisted features, security, and other operational requirements;
- Legal and safety purposes: where required by law, regulation, court order, or a valid legal request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, PostDovo, Vector Wave Tech, or third parties;
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- With your direction or consent: where you explicitly ask us to share information or approve a feature that requires sharing.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Google and YouTube API data is subject to the additional sharing and transfer restrictions described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PostDovo, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and applicable requirements.
You may request deletion of your PostDovo account and associated personal data by contacting info@postdovo.com or using our contact form.
Additional retention and deletion rules apply to Google and YouTube API data as described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Authentication tokens and sensitive information are protected using encryption in transit, appropriate security measures for stored data, and access restrictions designed to limit access to authorized personnel and services.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Although we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.
You can manage connected social-media accounts through your PostDovo settings and through the relevant third-party platform's security, privacy, or connected-app settings.

12. Children's Privacy
PostDovo is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to PostDovo, please contact us so that we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
PostDovo integrates with third-party platforms and may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the services you choose to connect or visit.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required, such as by updating the date shown above, displaying a notice within PostDovo, or sending an email notification.
If we change how PostDovo accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice or request renewed consent where required before using Google user data for the new or changed purpose.
